The building and grounds of the FAC make a wonderful setting for a small wedding, shower or reception. The interior will accommodate up to 36 people with tables or 50 without. The exterior will accommodate up to 125 with or without tables. If you are expecting more than 125, then we are not the place for your event. The house has two bathrooms, the main gallery and a kitchen. We also have a wrap-around porch. If there is an exhibit hanging, renters are not allowed to move artwork. During some shows the building will not be available. A refundable deposit of $250 needs to be paid at the time of contract signing.
There is a partially paved courtyard with privacy landscaping, ivy-covered trellis, large backyard area and two convenient parking lots. Our downstairs main gallery, hall and small front room have just been updated with hardwood floors. Many fine hotels close by on both exits 82 & 85 off I-77 for your out-of-town guests.
The FAC has six round tables, two six-foot oblong tables, three smaller tables and 65 chairs that are available to rent as well. A greater number of chairs, tables, linens, dishes, and tents for the courtyard must be rented separately from another supplier. We recommend AllStar Rentals on N. Bridge St.
Rates:Rental time includes setting up and cleaning up, so please book accordingly.
All rentals must be complete by 12 midnight.
Event rental rates: $120 per hour
Tables/chairs usage: $50 per event
Tent usage: 2 10×10 Caravan easy-up tents $100 per event
Morrison Gallery rental: This second floor space is ideal for smaller gatherings of 25 or less and can be leased Thursdays through Saturdays between 12-6 pm for a flat rate of $250 a day. Outside of this time frame there is an additional $20 an hour fee for an on site representative.
Non-profit group meetings: $25 basic fee plus $20 an hour for on-site FAC representative. Tent usage extra.
