Jane Spencer is now offering her wonderful art classes to
adults. Beginning April 10th, Adult Art
Exploration will be offered at the FAC every other Thursday
at 5:30. Dates for the first session are April 10th
& 24th, May 12th & 26th.
Including lessons in drawing and painting, classes are $15
each (materials included) or $10 each if you bring your own

Art Exploration is an art class for kids of all ages.
Instructor Jane Spencer has been teaching art in the North
Carolina school system for many years and now brings her
love of art to the FAC. Class dates are:
May 1, 8, 15, and 22 & 29.

BALLROOM DANCING WORKSHOP |

Instructor/Details:
Join us at the FAC on Saturday, May 3rd from
1-4pm for an intensive workshop in the fundamentals of Swing
and Waltz. Instructors Carole and Bill Bryant will teach
beginners the basics of these two fun, useful dances. It’s
time to finally get your waltz skills together before the
spring wedding season and to be ready the next time swing
dancing breaks out wherever you might be. Cost is $25 per
person. Partners are recommended but not required. Space is
limited so please reserve your spot early by phone or email. |

Thurdays of each month at 6:30 pm. "Finding your Visual
Voice" is a guide to artistic style by Dakota Mitchell.
Anyone who is interested in exploring their creative sense
will benefit from this book and idea discussion group. This
is a free arts forum presented by the FAC. Upcoming meeting
dates are April 3rd & 17th, May 1st
& 15th, June 5th & 19th. |
