Create a lasting legacy with the Foothills Arts Center

Planned giving is an opportunity to create a lasting legacy by deciding now to make an impression on the future. Typically, donors allocate a larger financial gift than they would consider giving through routine annual contributions. These gifts may simply be a product of naming the Foothills Arts Center as the beneficiary of a life insurance policy or in a last will and testament, or may be established using more complex financial instruments such as through transfer of stock holdings or creating a charitable remainder trust. Regardless of how the gift is given, the generous support of a planned gift will help ensure access to the arts for future generations.

Donors may choose to leave an unrestricted gift, which allows the Foothills Arts Center to choose to spend the funding wherever it is needed most, such as to support the development of a program, balance the current fiscal year’s operating budget, or address immediate building repairs. If a donor has a specific purpose in mind for their gift, they may choose to consider the gift restricted, indicating the Foothills Arts Center to make improvements considered especially important to the donor.

The amount and intent of your gift is entirely your decision. All of our generous legacy donors are commemorated by becoming permanent members of The Conservatory, a society devoted to promoting the timeless power of the arts.
